That's why I didn't want the first 100 members to simply join. I want the way we begin the Profit & Purpose Collective™ to demonstrate what we believe.
So every one of our first 100 Founding Members will begin with the same first act:
Extend one complimentary "Pay It Forward" invitation to another business leader to join you inside The Collective.

What is the Founders 100 Initiative?
The Founders 100 are the first 100 paid members of the Profit & Purpose Collective™. Each becomes a Founding Member and receives one Pay It Forward invitation to extend to another business leader. Once the 100th paid Founding Member joins, the Founders 100 Initiative closes.
What is the Profit & Purpose Collective™?
The Profit & Purpose Collective™ is a business growth membership built for business owners who want to increase profitability while creating greater community impact. It brings together business education, Q&A, visibility, strategic relationships, resources, networking, and community impact initiatives inside one membership.
How does my Pay It Forward invitation work?
After joining as a Founding Member, you'll have 14 days to extend one Pay It Forward invitation to another business leader. Once you extend your invitation, it belongs to that recipient and cannot be reassigned. They'll have 14 days to choose their next step.
What can the person I invite choose?
They can claim their complimentary 90-day membership in the Profit & Purpose Collective™. Or they can purchase their own Collective membership and continue the same Pay It Forward invitation to another business leader. There is no preferred choice.
Is the Pay It Forward Membership based on financial need?
No. We don't ask about financial circumstances, and the invitation makes no assumptions about the person receiving it. The Pay It Forward Membership exists because paying it forward is part of how Leaders Lifting Leaders® chooses to operate.
What if the person I invite doesn't respond?
Your Pay It Forward invitation is extended once you choose the person you want to invite. If they don't respond within their 14-day window, the invitation expires. It cannot be reassigned to someone else.
Will anyone know I joined through a Pay It Forward invitation?
Pay It Forward Members are members of the Profit & Purpose Collective™. We do not create a public distinction inside the Collective between someone who purchased their membership and someone who claimed a Pay It Forward Membership.
What happens after the 90 days?
At the end of the 90-day membership, the member can choose whether they want to continue in the Profit & Purpose Collective™ as a paid member. There is no obligation to continue.
Is Profit Without Compromise included?
Yes. Collective members can attend the inaugural Profit Without Compromise: Build a Business That Makes Money and Makes a Difference™ masterclass on September 29 at no additional cost. Non-members can purchase a seat for $47.
When does the Founders 100 Initiative end?
The Founders 100 Initiative closes when the 100th paid Founding Member joins. September 29 is the date of the inaugural Profit Without Compromise masterclass, not the deadline for the Founders 100 unless all 100 paid memberships have been claimed by then.
